Tequila Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound prawns

  • 3 tbsp tequila

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 2 teaspoons lime zest

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

  • 3 tablespoons butter

Method:

  1. Combine prawns, tequila, garlic, lime juice, lime zest and pepper flakes in a bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

  3. Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat.

  4. Add prawns and cook until firm, about 2-3 minutes.
