Tequila Prawns
Ingredients:
1 pound prawns
3 tbsp tequila
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons butter
Method:
Combine prawns, tequila, garlic, lime juice, lime zest and pepper flakes in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat.
Add prawns and cook until firm, about 2-3 minutes.
