East Carolina Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cider vinegar

  • 20g honey

  • 20g molasses

  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon red pepper (crushed)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or paprika

Combine, let sit overnight. Serve with pulled pork, or use on the pork as it's almost finished smoking.
