Pot de Creme
Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp Kahlua
1/4 cup brewed espresso
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp butter
Method
Place chocolate in a mixing bowl
Over medium heat bring cream up to a simmer
Add Kahlua and espresso, stir
Pour over chocolate and let sit for a couple of minutes
Stir mixture
Add egg yolks and stir
Add butter, one tbsp at a time, and stir
Pour into espesso cups and refrigerate for at least two hours
